1. Handcrafted Quality & Materials

  • Artisanal Standards: Our jewellery is handcrafted with a focus on quality materials and international artistry.
  • Design & Origin: Designs are created by a dedicated group of designers in Southeast Asia using traditional and contemporary techniques.
  • Materials: Our primary material is 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Where specified, we use 14K gold plating over the silver base.
  • Gemstones: Unless otherwise specified, cubic zirconia is used for any studs.
  • Uniqueness: Slight variations in texture, polish, and stone setting are natural parts of the artisan process and are considered marks of authenticity, rather than defects.

2. Material Care & Sensitivity

  • Natural Oxidation: Silver naturally tarnishes over time; this is not a manufacturing defect and can be resolved with a polishing cloth.
  • Plating Longevity: Gold plating wears over time; avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions to extend its life.
  • Care Liability: Craftswoman is not liable for damage caused by improper care, harsh chemicals, or heavy manual "wear and tear".
  • Metal Sensitivities: While silver is generally hypoallergenic, the customer is responsible for knowing their own sensitivities to silver, copper, or gold before purchasing.

3. Online Store Terms & Accuracy

  • Accuracy of Information: We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is for general information only.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.
  • Prohibited Uses: You are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to upload viruses or malicious code.

4. Pricing, Payments & Orders

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice, often reflecting the market value of precious metals.
  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we do, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout.
  • Billing Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

5. Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • Processing Time: Due to our small team, please allow 3–5 working days for processing before shipment.
  • Customs & Fees: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, local taxes, and import fees required by their country. Craftswoman cannot predict these amounts.
  • Shipping Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Hygiene Policy

  • Returns: Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.
  • Hygiene: For health and safety, earrings are strictly non-returnable unless proven faulty.
  • 30-Day Window: Return requests for necklaces, rings, and bracelets must be initialised within 30 days with a photo of the item.

7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

  • Ownership: All designs, photographs, and logos are the exclusive property of Craftswoman. Unauthorised reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
  • Third-Party Links: We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or content made in connection with any third-party websites linked on our store.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  • Service Quality: We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Limitation: In no case shall Craftswoman, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.
