Returns & Refund Policy

At Craftswoman, we want you to be delighted with your unique jewellery pieces. To ensure a fair and transparent experience, we have outlined our policy below.

1. Return Window

In line with international jewellery standards, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us and initiate the process within these 30 days.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Rules)

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, earrings are strictly non-returnable for change of mind. This policy is standard across the jewellery industry to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

  • Exception: Earrings may only be returned if they are found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival.

3. Condition of Goods

For all other jewellery (necklaces, rings, bracelets):

  • Items must be returned in original, pristine condition.
  • They must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the process, please email our Customer Care team at customer@craftswoman-asia.com.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible and ensure the item is safe for transit, please reply with a quick snapshot of the piece and your reason for the return. Once our team has reviewed the photo and authorised the request, we will provide you with the return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

6. Refunds & Processing

Refunds will be initialised only upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned goods. Once the return is cleared, we will process your refund via:

  • The original payment method used for the purchase.
  • A nominated GCash or bank account.

Please allow for standard bank processing times for the funds to appear in your account.
