Shipping Policy

At Craftswoman, we take great care to ensure your silver jewellery reaches you safely and promptly. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Local Delivery (Philippines)

We currently offer shipping across the Philippines. To ensure the safety of your items, we partner with reliable local couriers.

  • Metro Manila & Greater Manila Area: Deliveries are typically fulfilled via Lalamove, Grab, or similar on-demand courier services. This allows for faster handling and reduced transit risk.
  • Provincial Deliveries: For areas outside of Metro Manila, we utilise established local courier partners to ensure secure door-to-door delivery.
  • Processing Time: Since we have a relatively small team, please allow 3–5 working days for order processing and packaging before your item is dispatched.
  • Delivery Fees: We charge a flat rate of 150 PHP for all shipping, unless covered by free shipping promotions.

2. International Shipping

Coming Soon! We are currently in the process of finalising our partnerships with global international couriers to bring Craftswoman jewellery to our customers worldwide.

  • International shipping is not yet available at checkout.
  • If you are outside the Philippines and wish to be notified when international shipping launches, please subscribe to our newsletter or contact us at customer@craftswoman-asia.com.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.

  • For Lalamove/Grab deliveries, we will provide the tracking link or rider details so you can monitor the delivery in real-time.
  • For Provincial orders, a tracking number will be provided to monitor the status via the courier’s website.

4. Duties & Taxes (Future International Orders)

Once international shipping is active, please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country. Craftswoman cannot predict these costs and is not responsible for settling them.

5. Shipping Liabilities

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. Craftswoman is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • Delays: While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by courier operations, extreme weather, or customs clearance processes.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact our Customer Care team at customer@craftswoman-asia.com within 24 hours of receipt.
